The Muslim Circle of Canada (MCC) is a socio-cultural, religious, educational, and not-for-profit organization.

MCC offers services and programs designed to promote the educational, spiritual, and social development of Muslim individuals and families mainly. Its engagement and service have a broader base in Canadian society irrespective of faith and background. MCC’s belief is rooted in the Islamic creeds of Allah, the only God, and Muhammad (PBUH) as the final messenger of Allah. It is inspired by the messages of the Prophet (PBUH).

Its endeavor is dedicated to a proper understanding of Islam in terms of divine faith, social justice, a balanced lifestyle, and constructive engagement.

MCC offers a holistic approach to Islam within the multicultural Canadian Society. It believes in the personal development of every individual is the key to social development. MCC respects all faiths and Canadian traditions, institutions, and values. It focuses on a holistic, balanced, and involved understanding of Islam among Canadian Muslims.

Muslim Circle of Canada serves Canadian society at large through its own initiatives and as well as positive engagement with others. It inspires all people to uphold the values of justice, law, values of faith, and cooperation that are relevant to Canadian Society.

There are four elements that distinguish MCC’s Identity. MCC leadership and members shall confirm their commitment and faithfulness to the elements of identity. These are:


  1. Invitation: To call the people to submit to the will of the Creator by means of all possible ways and to motivate Muslims to perform their duties of being witnesses unto mankind through their practices.

  2. Organization and Education: To organize those who agree to work for this cause in the discipline of MCC and to provide educational and training programs to increase Islamic knowledge, enrich character, and grow the skills of all those who are connected with MCC

  3. Social Service and Justice: To develop morality and to advocate the elimination of all kinds of oppression, to support the efforts for socio-economic justice and civil liberties in society, and to reinforce the bond of humanity by serving all those in need anywhere across Canada.

  4. Culture and Research: To do research on Canadian culture and to accommodate Canadian Muslims into its multi-cultural activities.


Our Program includes:

  1. Youth development: to initiate the activities for the youth to develop their Canadian professional career.

  2. Schooling: to establish after school and weekend educational programs for the kids.

  3. community development: To arrange the events that may relate to the seminars and conferences.

  4. Education Hub: To establish Islamic libraries, adult educational facilities, media and information services, Online education portal

  5. To arrange interfaith dialogues and to conduct religious, educational for Muslims and social services to all who seek it.

  6. Religious services: to facilitate five times daily prayers, Friday , Taraweeh eid congressional prayers

  7. Social engagement: To facilitate weddings, funeral service, family counseling, including anti-drug, anti smoking and anti-alcohol, anti-suicidal, and various other activities consistent with the Islamic tradition for good and productive life.
